Privacy Policy

This explains what Viberly (onvibe.pages.dev) and its Discord bot collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it to what the features need.

What we collect

• Discord profile when you log in: your user ID, username, display name and avatar. We only ask Discord for the identify scope, so we never get your email, servers or messages.
• Login session: a cookie that keeps you logged in. We only store a scrambled (hashed) copy of it.
• Your Viberly profile: the display name, picture, banner and colour you choose.
• What you post: clips (video, title, tags, thumbnail, size, length), stories (photo or video, removed after 24 hours) and comments.
• What you do: likes, saves, follows, comment likes, which clips you watched and for how long, and which tags you seem to like. This is used to recommend clips to you.
• Views and visits: for people who aren't logged in, we store a one-way hash of the IP address, not the IP itself, only to avoid counting the same person twice. We also count how many people open Viberly each day.
• Partner Program: your application (what you wrote, your channel links, follower range), and visits and sign-ups that came through a partner link.
• Reports you send about clips or stories.
• In your browser (not on our servers): small settings like sound on/off, your streak, tags you liked while logged out, and a partner code if you came through a partner link.

How we use it

• To log you in and show your name, picture and partner tick next to your clips, stories and comments.
• To run Viberly: feeds, recommendations, likes, comments, follows, stories, notifications and streaks.
• To check uploads for nudity and sexual content with an automatic safety filter (Cloudflare Workers AI looks at a few still frames or the picture).
• To show partners how many people their link brought in, and to show the owner overall stats.
• To moderate the Service and keep it safe. Reports and staff alerts are posted in private staff channels in our Discord server.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or advertising cookies.

Who can see it

• Clips, stories, comments, your username, display name, picture, banner and follower counts are public.
• Only you see your saved clips, watch history and who watched your stories. Partners only see counts, not who visited.
• Partner applications, reports and stats are only seen by Veyro and the staff team.
• Data is stored with Cloudflare (hosting, databases, video storage, the safety filter) and passes through Discord for login and the bot. Their own privacy policies apply too.
• We may share data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Stories are deleted after 24 hours. Login sessions expire on their own. Clips, comments and your profile stay until you or staff delete them, or you ask us to remove them. Old clips nobody liked may be cleaned up after 30 days to save space.

Your choices

• Log out any time, clear your watch history on your profile, and delete your own clips, stories and comments.
• Ask us to see, fix or delete your data, including everything tied to your Discord account. We'll do it within 30 days.
• Revoke the app's access in Discord under User Settings, Authorized Apps.

Kids

The Service is not meant for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you think a child gave us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
