Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These terms cover Viberly (onvibe.pages.dev), its Discord bot, and everything on it: clips, stories, profiles, comments and the Partner Program (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Who can use it

You must meet Discord's minimum age (13, or older where your country requires it) and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Your account

You log in with Discord. We never see your Discord password. Your username on Viberly is your Discord username; you can change your display name, picture, banner and colour on Viberly. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Posting clips and stories

Only players who verified their Minecraft account can post. You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you let us store it, show it on the Service, recommend it to others and share it in our Discord server. Stories disappear after 24 hours. Don't post anything that:

• you don't have the right to share (someone else's video, music or art without permission)
• shows nudity or sexual content, gore, or anything violent or illegal
• is hateful, bullying or harassing
• contains personal information about other people
• is spam, malware, or meant to mislead

Every clip, story, profile picture and banner is checked by an automatic safety filter before it goes up. The filter can make mistakes in both directions, so staff also check reports.

Partner Program

Partners get a partner tick, a personal referral link and partner stats. Applying doesn't guarantee approval, and we can remove partner status at any time, for example for spamming your link, faking visits or sign-ups, or breaking these terms. Points are just a score: they aren't money, can't be exchanged for money, and can be reset or changed.

Moderation

We can remove any content, hide clips that get reported, and block anyone from the Service at any time, with or without warning, if we think they broke these terms or are harming the community. New accounts may need a staff approval before their first clip shows up.

Don't break things

Don't try to hack, overload, scrape or abuse the Service or the bot, fake views, likes or referrals, or get around limits we set.

No warranty

The Service is a free fan project, provided "as is". It may go down, lose data, change, or shut down at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage from using it.

Not affiliated

Viberly isn't made by or affiliated with Discord, Mojang, Microsoft, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitch or YouTube.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
